Chemical peel. I have swollen bumps on my forehead. Is this normal?

Hi there. Im having a chemical peel, my first 2 series had no effect on my face so the doctor gave me a stronger treatment today, he said it's number 3...I have no idea what it means. He gave me at least 10 injections where the pigmentation is then he put a burning liquid on my face using a brush. I noticed that I have swollen bumps on my forehead and it's swollen on my cheek...these are the areas he injected. Is this normal?

Depending on the type of chemical peel you've had washing your face after 2 hours should not alter the peel's effectiveness.  However, you need to contact the provider who performed your peel for details and instructions.   Best, Dr. Huo
