Over Etched AB revision - Can subcision + fat grafting successfully "blur" deep etching for a natural transition? (Photos)

Body: I am a 5'7", 200lb muscular male. I had gyno surgery and ab etching 3 years ago, followed by a navel revision and Endolift 15 weeks ago. Aesthetic Issues: My abs look "fake" due to overly deep, sharp etching lines. I also have indentations/craters in my lateral pec and underarms that show when raising my arms. Goal: Restore a natural look. I am considering a 360 revision (back lipo) to harvest fat for subcision and fat grafting to "soften" the etched trenches and fill chest indentations. Can subcision + fat grafting successfully "blur" deep etching for a natural transition?

Dear jmo25, Yes, this can be improved. Using alloClae. alloClae is structural adipose tissue that gives immediate volume. It has fat cells, but no living fat cells, so it does not require obtaining a new blood supply from the tissues into which it is implanted. This means that in areas which are scarred like your armpit and etching lines, you can still try to graft fat, but it will have a less predictable take, and Rigotomies would be needed, not subcision. With alloClae and some pretunneling in the scarred underarm and etching lines, a small amount of alloClae can be injected. The nice thing about using alloClae is that it requires no fat harvesting from your body, and is done with local anesthesia. It can be done in increments, a small amount per session until the softening result is achieved.

I highly recommend people not do high definition, Liposuction, a.k.a. etching.
Well, the procedure can look good on Young athletic men with very low body fat. The procedure tends to end up just like your case as soon as people gained just a little bit of fat.
Unfortunately, grafting fat in the overt treated area will not work.
 The reason for this is where you need fat grafted has no host tissue to support the grafted fat.
This leads to 100% graft failure.
For anyone claiming to have experience with this, make sure they show you after pictures that are at least six months old.
Your best option is to do high-quality Liposuction of all the areas to thin out the flat layer dampening the over treated etched lines. 
I’m sorry this happened to you.
For those who are considering Liposuction be careful when it comes to selecting providers and in my opinion, avoid this type of procedure.
