Three days ago had lipo plus arm lift done. one arm is much more swollen than the other, should I worry?

Definitely it is a truth, after liposuction or tummy tuck,  fat deposits differently: it will go other places where there is not scar tissue and those areas will be upper back (buffalo hump), upper chest, shoulders, arms, neck, face, intra-abdominal cavity etc exactly those areas where are...

I don't really see the advantage of gaining weight to enhance the benefits of liposuction. If excess fat exists at your present weight That would be improved by liposuction I see no reason not to proceed.

Is a consequence of any operation the body releases cortisol which as the effective retaining body fluid.. It was liposuction is "leaky". As time passes the body will dispel this water. This may take several weeks.

It your stage of convalescence there is still swelling which may very well be asymmetric. There is no reason to worry about this until the swelling is totally resolved. This will take a number of months.

10 days after liposuction is much too early to start worrying about the final result. Swelling may have totally reoccupied the volume from which the fat was removed. Final resolution of swelling will take months.
