In spite of the swollowness I have no fever and no redness on my arm

Most operations where there is bilateral treatment has some asymmetry of healing. Usually this does not amount to anything but still should be reported to your surgeon.

If the difference between your arms is very significant I would recommend that you check with your plastic surgeon and be evaluated by him. It is not uncommon for swelling to be more on one side or arm than the other. If you had no drains placed this could possibly be a hematoma. Again I would suggest you see your plastic surgeon and make them aware of your symptoms. Best wishes!

Without an evaluation in person, it is difficult to say. Swelling can be different in each arm, but to be sure you should contact your surgeon.
