Full body liposuction after 1 year. Where will the fat go if I gain weight?

Definitely it is a truth, after liposuction or tummy tuck,  fat deposits differently: it will go other places where there is not scar tissue and those areas will be upper back (buffalo hump), upper chest, shoulders, arms, neck, face, intra-abdominal cavity etc exactly those areas where are unreachable to liposuction. So you have to be very mindful on your diet and exercise. Dr. Cardenas

The reservoir for potential fat accumulation decreases with liposuction but the remaining fat cells can get larger. SSignificant weight gain can sometimes require retreatment..

If you gain weight after liposuction your fat will still be distributed in the areas where you had the prior liposuction. The main goal however is to not gain weight.

After liposuctin the goal is not to gain weight. If you do not gain weight significantly then it will not be a problem. If you do gain substantial weight, then it most likely will distribute differently than how it did before liposuction.
