Hello i am a 45 year old female from Iran i am looking to treat my marionettes & jowls I’d like to know if sculptra can help and how many vials over how many sessions are suggested for my face thank you!

Answer: Sculptra for volume restoration On the three photos you have provided, I see volume loss and skin laxity. A combination of Sculptra to restore lost volume, Dysport to relax the downward full of the platysma muscle, and possibly HA filler like Restylane Defyne directly injected into the marionette lines will give you a nice result. I would also consider a skin tightening procedure (RF, ultrasound) and topical skincare products to thicken and tighten the skin. The best thing for you to do is schedule an in-person consultation with an experienced local physician.

Answer: Sculptra question Sculptra is not indicated to be injected into the nasolabial folds or the oromandibular folds also known as the marionette lines. When injecting it to these areas it can cause quite a number of problems. I would recommend you undergo fat grafting instead in order to rejuvenate your face. In my hands fat grafting makes the patients look like themselves 20 years before fat grafting . The results are natural and practically permanent. I hope this helps and good luck from your city.
