I saw on another thread that there's something called Pbserum that can potentially be used to treat the horrendous outcome of mis- and over-applied sculptra. Does anyone know about the outcomes of this or have experience in enzymatically reducing collagen overgrowth with this line, or collagenase, one of its component products? Please don't say it will wear off in time. It's been four years. I still look bloated. I'm aware of skin tightening measures. I just want it out.

Answer: Addressing Complications from Misapplied Sculptra: Exploring Treatment Options Including PB Serum
Hi,
It is not advised as it may cause granulomas' Radiesse not advised either, Stick with an HA product like Voluma or Restylane Lyft. See an expert injector and best of luck!
Guidelines are simply that- guidelines. Each person should be evaluated based on their individual needs and goals. The one vial for every ten years just helps give patients an idea of what they may expect from a recommendation standpoint during a consultation.
Hello and thank you for your question! Once you have achieved your desired correction it is best to schedule a follow up in 6 months to a year to review photos and see if any additional vials will be needed. There will be continued volume loss as you age so the amount needed every year may vary....
