hello I know I want to get my nose, my brown bone shaved and my jaw and my chin done. What do y'all think I should get done first?

Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your photos and question! From an aesthetic point of view, I think you would see the greatest benefit from rhinoplasty. However, if your question is more practical in nature, you should know that you can do all of these procedures simultaneously (in one anesthesia event). You should understand that brow and jaw contouring surgeries can have the effect of enhancing masculine or feminine facial appearance, and you should be very intentional with your aims.

The procedure where you would get the most feminization is in the following order for head left with super orbital, bone reduction, rhinoplasty, shin reduction with a central implant, and an Adams apple shave with or without voice modification. Having said that, I would have you choose the one that bothers you the most, if you don’t want all of these procedures done at the same time, you need, no jaw reduction only the chin.
