I have 2 major problems with my face: 1) my chin is quite receded, and 2) my face is very short and round. I'm actually quite happy with the way I look if I spread my jaws and jut my lower jaw out (pictured below), which increases the length of my chin/face by about a cm or so and helps create a V-shaped jawline, but I want to look like that when relaxed. Is this effect attainable with a chin implant? If not, are there any other cosmetic surgeries that could help me achieve the look I'm after?

This would make your face look less round/ square and more slender (as well as more masculine). You could use more volume of your anterior mandible as well. This could be done with a more extended chin implant. Another great option is fat grafting if you desire an all natural option. You will most likely require multiple fat grafting sessions as your chin deficiency is quite significant.
