I’m interested in getting liposuction on my hips and thighs. Possibly my knees as well. I have noticed that there really isn’t a lot of reviews for liposuction on these areas. I’m wondering if the procedure is worth it for these areas and if I will see a drastic difference?"

Based on your description and your picture, I do not think you’ll see a “drastic difference,” even with aggressive liposuction of your hips and thighs. In your single picture, I don’t see a significant amount of excess fat that would significantly change with its removal via liposuction. Therefore, I would save your money. I do not think you will see a dramatic difference. If you are looking for a subtle difference, you may achieve this with liposuction, but a dramatic difference will likely not occur.

Answer: Liposuction Since you are not drastically overweight, you will not see a "drastic" difference. The difference you should see, however, should be very noticeable and leave you will a nice contour.
