There is a possibility of improving with a good technique, using state-of-the-art technology and having a more comprehensive surgical plan that includes a breast fat transfer. Liposculture with lipoinjection to the breast is a a treatment to improve the body contour and thus improve the body proportions and from that enhance the breast. fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. Thank you for your question. Well, I am not familiar with that company, I would be hesitant without seeing prior results or talking to prior patients. As in life, there are rarely shortcuts with Plastic Surgery and more drastic results usually require more aggressive interventions. Good luck.

Fat can be removed with small or large cannula depending upon the surgeon's preference. The smaller ones are less traumatic on your tissue. Awake liposuction is not new and works very well for many people. Hope this helps.

Before selecting a surgical option I recommend visiting with a few board certified plastic surgeons in the area to listen to multiple opinions. You will want to consider the skill and experience of the surgeon as well as see before/after photos of her/his work. Also consider the pros and cons of local versus general anesthesia for liposuction beyond minor areas.

There are in the end only two variables that matter when it comes to cosmetic surgery.
Patient candidacy in the skill of the surgeon.
I would ignore marketing hype and slick sales words and focus instead directly on vetting plastic surgeons appropriately and making sure you have an accurate assessment and clear understanding of what the procedure can and cannot accomplish.
Do this by having multiple in person consultations.
If you go into a corporate clinic and make sure you are meeting with the surgeon who’s going to do the procedure and you see before and after pictures of case is done by your surgeon only.
The reputation of the clinic is irrelevant in comparison to the skill and experience of who does your procedure.
It is after all only one surgeon was going to do your operation and that person‘s skill and experience is in the end what matters.
During each in person consultation ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures.
Recognize that fat transfer results have to be a minimum of 3 to 6 months out from surgery in order to reflect actual true real results.
Early fat transfer results can look very impressive but do not at all represent final results.There are unfortunately those with swayed ethics who cannot resist temptation and show early fat transfer pictures which is quite deceiving.
Breast-fed transfer is a subtle procedure that can increase breast volume by 1/2 to maximum 1 cup per procedure.
It does not change the shape of the breast in any significant way. It only increases size.
Breast fat transfer is in fact two procedures done at the same time.
You need to get assessed for both Liposuction and fat transfer just like you need to vet the provider for both procedures.
Ask providers to show you only pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own.
Ask specifically the timeframe of when after pictures were taken in comparison to the date of the procedure.
Ask providers to show you examples of excellent results, average results and results that did not turn out as well as they had hoped.
For a reference and experience provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets of before and after pictures of commonly performed procedures.
Well anesthesia is an important decision it is very important that surgeons have sufficient skill and experience if you’re going to do this procedure without an anesthesiologist.
This procedure can be beyond uncomfortable and full and painful if done without sufficient skills and experience.
It may sound great to avoid a general anesthesia but only if it is done correctly.
Practice makes perfect. There is a steep learning curve to mastering liposuction, fat transfer and doing awake procedures.
In the end what matters is finding the best surgeon not what equipment they use or infect what type of anesthesia.
Personally I keep my patients awake using local anesthesia with sedation.
Without sedation full body Liposuction is too uncomfortable.
Having an assessment to understand what the procedure can and cannot accomplish is paramount in maintaining high patient satisfaction.
An experienced provider should not only be able to do the procedure well but should also be able to make an accurate assessment and predict outcomes and show you appropriate before and after pictures of previous patients who had the procedure who have similar body characteristics to your own.
There should be no guessing game.
The number of plastic surgeons who can do liposuction and fat transfer well is relatively small.
Bing board-certified in plastic surgery with an overall good reputation and years of experience does not mean that somebody has mastered either Liposuction or fat transfer. it also does not mean somebody has experience doing full body contouring with patients awake.
I suggest patients start by having at least five in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in their community who have a good reputation and a proven track record of doing both liposuction and fat transfer.
If in doubt slow down and schedule more consultations.
Liposuction and fat transfer results are permanent and irreversible.
