Female, 37, 5” 4”, 158 pounds and fair skin. I am interested in Soft Squlpt lipo being offered down in LA at Squlpt. They offer soft sculpting (smaller needle and local anesthesia)…it is a lot safer and less downtime than traditional lipo. All sounds super great. They said no lymphatic massage is needed after. Does this sound accurate? I work out intensely and am also worried about downtime from the gym, elasticity of my skin and if my skin will bounce back, fat necrosis and lumps/bumps.
Answer: Considering options Before selecting a surgical option I recommend visiting with a few board certified plastic surgeons in the area to listen to multiple opinions. You will want to consider the skill and experience of the surgeon as well as see before/after photos of her/his work. Also consider the pros and cons of local versus general anesthesia for liposuction beyond minor areas.

Answer: Liposuction Fat can be removed with small or large cannula depending upon the surgeon's preference. The smaller ones are less traumatic on your tissue. Awake liposuction is not new and works very well for many people. Hope this helps.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear Passionate42284, fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts. In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Lipo Thank you for your question. Well, I am not familiar with that company, I would be hesitant without seeing prior results or talking to prior patients. As in life, there are rarely shortcuts with Plastic Surgery and more drastic results usually require more aggressive interventions. Good luck.
