You appear to be a good candidate for a fat transfer to the buttock. Your asymmetry is very subtle in the front view. Your request for a more rounded crease to your buttock is very unlikely to happen with this procedure, but the rest of your concerns would be addressed nicely. A BBL procedure reduces fat in targeted areas and repositions the removed fat into a more desirable location, essentially reshaping the entire figure.  During a BBL, the areas of liposuction will become smaller and the fat removed from the liposuction areas will be used to fill out dips in the hips and make the buttocks larger or rounder in order to create an overall new, curvier shape.It is very important to select a board certified plastic surgeon that is skilled in body contouring procedures.  As always, read reviews and look for before/after photos that show the look that you would like to achieve with your own surgery.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate to achieve the goals you describe, and I think you'll have good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

Yes, you should be able to obtain all the goals you outlined. Your body shape and fat disturbution are perfect for a BBL.  Creating a thigh gap, rounded buttock creases,  a symmetrical  abdomen, and filling in your athletic hips are all possible. Rounding out the buttock creases depends on the amount of fat available for transfer and the exact location it is placed. Sharing your specific goals during your consultation is important. Viewing before and after photo galleries can help you determine which plastic surgeons to visit. Thank you for your photos. You have an excellent natural shape for a BBL patient, and it appears that your goals are quite possible with the BBL procedure. The thigh gap can be created with liposuction and your waist taken in to become more symmetric. The fat is then used to fill in your "hip dips" and improve the fullness and shape of your buttocks. The hardest part will be to shrink and round out the inner bottoms of your buttocks. This will improve as long as your buttocks are lifted with fat grafting. The degree of improvement will be related to the amount of "lift" you are looking to get from your BBL procedure and how much fat is available for that area. Avoid liposuction directly of that area as that area is prone to contour irregularities and skin sagging after liposuction. Hope this helps!

Based on your photos and reviewing what you are looking for as a final result, a BBL would be the best option to correct the parts of your body that you wish to modify. With the fat harvested from your abdomen, flanks and inner thigh you get the shape you want. This harvested fat would be injected into your buttocks to give them projection and the shape you want eventually. Yes, you look to be a good candidate for BBL which will address your concerns.The only area that I'd be cautious about is the amount you want to remove in your upper abdomen. One's rib cage determines how small we can get you in that area. The rest of your concerns seem very doable. Hope this helps.
