I've got broad shoulders & really stubborn fat on my upper arms and midriff/back. Would a UK doctor be able to harvest that fat & give me more of a balanced shape? Not hoping for drastic results, just like to look more proportional, ie. not have upper arms fatter than my calves (can't gain weight in my legs/bum), or bum flatter than my belly. Also been looking into non-surgical options like cryolipolysis (fat freezing) & hyaluronic acid butt injections/non-surgical body reshaping.

Answer: Mini BBL after arm and back liposuction yes you can have liposuction of your arms and back and transfer the fat to your buttocks. Your doctor will most likely have less fat than what he or she would like to have for the ideal BBL. When this is the case some patients feel it's worth paying the price for the BBL and grafting even a small amount of fat is better than throwing it away. I'm guessing each army could generate 350-400 mL of fat. Depending on how much of the back it's actually treated with liposuction it could generates the same amount or potentially more if the area treated as extensive. Personally I usually do not treat a single area on the torso without treating the entire torso because it tends to leave the patience with the non-natural fat distribution. This means the back would be treated with a full abdomen sometimes referred to as the abdomen 360 . I also like to include the armpit to give definition of the side of the breast. I'm sure there are plastic surgeons in the UK who can do a very nice job for you. My practice is devoted exclusively to liposuction and fat transfer procedures only. Find a provider who has extensive experience with liposuction and can show you lots of before and after pictures.Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.
