Each PS will have his/her list of pre-operative protocols to follow. Ask the PS with whom you have scheduled you BBL in May for his/her recommendation. I would advise against doing a juice cleanse before the surgery as this can lead to electrolyte abnormalities among other things.
You should not do any aggressive cleanses just prior to your procedure. If you are set on doing them, stop several days before to return to normal prior to your procedure.Dr T
