I don’t like fat pockets in the saddlebag and underbutt area. But I also want more fullness in the upper butt and V region. Would this make my cellulite worse. Would skin become loose?

Answer: A BBL CAN reshape a big butt Hello and Great Question. I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure. My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel. I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Butt Augmentation Specialist. A BBL is a part procedure. Part 1 is liposculpture and that does the majority of the reshaping into an hour glass heart shaped butt. Part 2 is Fat Transfer which is the fine tuning shaping and volume procedure. I hope that helps! Best of Luck! Matthew J. Nykiel, MD#CoreAesthetic#RealSelfTop100Butt Augmentation SpecialistLiposuction SpecialistBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon
