Can a BBL reshape an already big butt? (photo)

Question

I don’t like fat pockets in the saddlebag and underbutt area. But I also want more fullness in the upper butt and V region. Would this make my cellulite worse. Would skin become loose?

Thanks for your question. You appear to be a good candidate for a brazilian butt lift. A BBL procedure reduces fat in targeted areas and repositions the removed fat into a more desirable location, essentially reshaping the entire figure.  During a BBL, the areas of liposuction will become smaller and the fat removed from the liposuction areas will be used to fill out dips in the hips and make the buttocks larger or rounder in order to create an overall new, curvier shape.
It is very important to select a board certified plastic surgeon that is skilled in body contouring procedures.  As always, read reviews and look for before/after photos that show the look that you would like to achieve with your own surgery.

The BBL results are highly surgeon dependent. Some plastic surgeons can do almost anything and change the shape of anything. You have to be creative. There are some anatomic limits, but, for the most part, dramatic transformations can be achieved. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of BBLs each year. You are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results, based on you goals.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

Based on your photos you're a great candidate for the procedure. A complete liposuction of abdomen, flanks and lower back would be ideal to remove excess fat deposits in those areas. With the harvested fat you will give volume and shape to your buttocks.
