Can I apply a thin layer of coconut oil or other natural oil after on my eyelids after blepharoplasty?

I have had other patients use coconut oil on their skin after surgery or laser resurfacing. As long as you do not have a sensitivity or allergy to the product it should be safe to use. I think hydration is very helpful for scar healing, and will often have patients use plain Vaseline if their skin feels tight and dry.

He or she will be the one taking care of an infection if your coconut oil happens to be teaming with pseudomonas bacteria. If you were my patient I would not want you to be applying this product.

Although I do not think coconut oil would do any damage to your eyelids after blepharoplasty, it is best to check with your surgeon, as he or she is responsible for your care and knows the most about you and your procedure.
