no one has searched is this senario. that there should be some medicine to dehydrate the cartilage to make it appear thinner.i just have a little bulbous tip and i want to shrink it

When it comes to reshaping a bulbous nasal tip, it is not a matter of just thinning the cartilage. The thickness of the cartilage is not necessarily the problem. In general, the only way to correct a bulbous tip is the reshape the tip cartilages through rhinoplasty surgery. However, if only a small change is needed, sometimes non-surgical methods can be an alternative. Depending on the appearance of the tip as well as the remainder of the nose, semi-permanent filler may be used to camouflage the bulbosity of the tip and make it more proportional with the rest of the nose.
