It depends on your threshold. Most patients find the experience not painful at all, just a little uncomfortable. However, I normally don't use drains.
Hello. There are usually only minor amounts of pain associated with drain removal. Small round drains applied using a trochar are the least painful. The use of drains is up to the surgeon and is a viable plan. You should not focus too much on the drains, but more on the experience, results, and board certification of the plastic surgeon. While I do not use drains for breast augmentation surgery, it is not wrong for a surgeon to use them. Typically, there should be very little pain associated with drain removal. There may be a tugging sensation and some discomfort if there is a stitch that needs to be removed or cut during the process.
It is very unusual to use drains after the usual breast augmentation, unless something else was done at the same time With the TUBA procedure drains are almost never used because there is usually minimal or no bleed during the surgery However removal of the modern silicone drains is usually not even felt by the patient..
Removal of drains is typically not a very painful experience. The drain is removed quite quickly and the pain that last is very temporary.
I never use drains for breast augmentation. There is very little blood loss etc...with this surgery.
Thank you for your question. I do not use drains with breast augmentation surgery. I use drains for more complicated breast revision surgery, breast reduction surgery and tummy operations. The use of local anesthesia may be an option to help alleviate any discomfort associated with drain removal. Discuss this option with your surgeon. I hope this helps.
I do not use drains for primary breast augmentation. Sometimes I will use them for complicated redos. It usually is not too uncomfortable to remove the drains.
I don't use drains for breast augmentation, but use them commonly in other procedures. Removal is usually not uncomfortable, and not worth worrying about. If you are not reassured, take your pain medicine an hour before your scheduled removal (so long as you have a driver) and that should take the edge off. Best wishes.
Unfortnately you have palpability of your implant. The location that you can feel your implant is also unfortunate. Gravity is affecting your implant during the day and you start feeling the implant later in the day as you spend more time in a vertical position. Your tissues seem thin so I th...

Large breast such as yours may lead to early breast ptosis. I have done breast lift surgery on patients around your age with great results. So, you may truly benefit from breast lift surgery.
