What is the youngest possible age you can get a bull horn lip lift?

If you can get fillers age 16, will you be also be able to get a lip lift. I can't find the answer anywhere on the internet. I also know in general it is for older people

The distance between your lip and nose is too long.  A lip lift would shorten the distance and give you increased upper lip fullness.  Unfortunately, you have not provided a photograph with your mouth open.  Ideally, there should be 1-2 millimeters incisor show...
