Why is the tip of my nose turned on the one side? (Photo)

Question

I had a rhinoplasty one month ago and since then i think that there is some uneven sweeling on the one side of the tip, that makes the nose looks asymmetric. What do you think?? As i recall when the cast came off the nose was straight, but now it isn't.Do you think that it is swelling, or it is crooked?

At 1 month following rhinoplasty, you are early in your recovery and there is still swelling present. However, from the photo that you have included, it appears that your nasal tip is deviated to your right. This may be something that was present prior to surgery or may be new after rhinoplasty. You should contact your surgeon and discuss your concerns.

No body part is completey symmetric, and this includes the nose.  You need to give it a year anyway for the swelling to settle.  Good luck.
