Will the shape of my breasts improve a lot? (Photo)

It's (only) 5 days after a revision augmentation. My anatomic implants (Natrelle 410) were removed from sub glandular position and round implants (Mentor 325 coh.II) are placed now in a sub muscular position. I also had a Benelli lift. Do you think the shape of my breasts will look better after a few weeks/months, because at this moment I am disappointed how they look. My breasts are bit flat, square and wide.

This can be normal.  Implants placed under the muscle often sit quite high initially as the muscle is tight.  It will take weeks to months for them to drop.  See your PS frequently to discuss maneouvers such as massage to help.Best,

To my eye, the problem here is that the implants are sitting too high - it's not that the nipple is too low. This may be a result of an early capsule that as formed, or an under-dissected pocket for the implant. Best to discuss with your surgeon. The answer here is not a redo of the nipple...
