My chubby cheeks and wide jaw have always bothered me. I'm wondering what would be the best option to narrow my lower face. The issue is one with bone structure and not the masseter muscle (I'm pretty sure). I have been looking around and considering either a chin implant to balance the face or reducing my jaw bone somehow. This will still leave me with chubby cheeks though...any ideas?
