Is it possible to get the bump on my nose shaven without changing anything else and without breaking it? I like my nose but I hate the bump and I really really really want to get rid of it but I don't want to change anything else. I like my nose shape and tip from the front but hate how it looks like for the side. Thanks in advance!

Answer: Shaving down nasal bump without affecting anything else From the pictures posted, it seems like the result sought can be easily accomplished. Undergoing any surgical procedure requires careful attention to detail and consideration for different options. Ask to see before and after photographs and consider obtaining second and third opinions before you make any decisions. This is a procedure in which the best chance of obtaining an excellent result is the first time around. Trust your face to a board-certified facial plastic surgeon or a board-certified plastic surgeon with very extensive rhinoplasty experience.

Answer: Finesse Rhinoplasty Changes The answer is - yes - in some cases you can just shave the bump with conservative shaving of the side walls of the nose to create a more desirable shape. Although in many cases hump reduction also requires breaking the bones, there are definitely cases where this is not necessary. Consult with an expert nose surgeon in your local area. Good luck.
