I am currently 100kgs from 120kg! A small C cup , I would like a lift + implants. Am I too fat for surgery? I have no medical issues and exercise at least 3 times a week I also eat fairly healthy More so now I'm considering implants. Iv always had curves. What is the largest size I could get too? The photo on the right is the most recent. I want large breasts.Ideally I would love a G but I understand there can be complications adding so much all at once? Is that correct ? By my photos can you please advice roughly what cup size I could get to safely? Thank you all so much x
Answer: Biggest Implant size? Congratulations on the weight loss, and if you are intending on losing more weight I encourage you to await consultation until your weight loss has peaked and stabilized for at least 3 - 6 months. Nonetheless, you will likely need a breast lift. Because a breast lift tightens up the breast envelope and breast implants expand the breast envelop, you are more limited by this fact than any other when trying to go with a large implant. One way around this issue is to have the procedures done separately, for example have the lift done first then 6+ months later undergo the breast augmentation with implants. In general it is always best to fit the implant with the patients breast anatomic dimensions thus minimizing immediate as well as long term complications. Once you are ready, consult with a board certified plastic surgeon that can then perform an in person physical exam and help you best decide on a final surgical plan.

Answer: Lift instead of large implants You have told us your weight and cup size but not your height or bra size. From your photographs, it appears a lift would be more important than augmentation. I recommend a new technique called The Ultimate Breast LiftTM. This technique reshapes your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevates them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Aligning the areola and breast tissue over the bony prominence of the chest wall maximizes anterior projection without implants. This technique avoids the ugly vertical scars of the traditional technique, maintains nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. The optimal time to undergo surgery is after you achieve your desired weight. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: What is the biggest implant size I could safely go? In general, the larger the implant the more likely that the breast will droop more quickly. In general, it is better to have a modest or moderate sized implant rather than treat an array of complications associated with a larger implant. Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Biggest Implant Dear Renegade,For best long term results, I would recommend choosing an implant that is proportional to your body. With that being said... looking about your anatomy, I would say that you could go up to about a 500-600cc implant and still have a reasonable result. Hope that helps!Sincerely,Joshua Kreithen, M.D. Sarasota, FL

Answer: Implant size In terms of picking the right implants to achieve your goals, generally speaking, I consider two factors when selecting implants for my patients:1. Dimensional planning2. Gel Implant Sizing systemDimensional planning – The measurements of your chest wall are taken. Also, the breast dimensions including the height, width, and current dimensions of each breast form the basis of dimensional planning. Based on these measurements, the implant size is recommended. This will give you a unique breast implant that is suited for your body frame. However, there are some limitations of what size we can recommend. For instance, some implants may just be too big for a narrow chest wall. Your surgeon can review this with you during the consultation.Gel Implant Sizing system – During the preliminary breast implant consultation, you will be provided with an option to “try on” a variety of implant shapes and sizes. You can also visualize the possible outcomes of your surgery which helps you to get that perfect size to give you the shape that you longed for. This way your preferences are known and you can then pick a range of implants that will “fit” just right to give a soft natural fuller look. Hope this helps.Dr.BasuHouston, TX
