Can Fibrocystic breasts still be painful and be felt under implants? (Photo)

danadillard89
I had painful fibrocystic breasts before my lift and bam. I havnt felt anything in months except in my right breast. It is constant pain not coming and going. I feel something in there and its so sore. Could i feel a cyst? My breast isnt red or swollen but i do have a recurring spitting suture on the same breast. My ps has told me four times its normal without touching it even. With contracture my implant itself would be hard right? Would contracture hurt before it got hard? How do i kno its cst
