1 month after FUE hair transplant, can I use Derma Roller on transplanted scalp?

First 3-4 months after the surgery hairs come out and start to grow. In this period it is not good yo use dermaroll. It is better if you talk to your doctor

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Derma roller is not generally recommended after surgery.

Please stop using a dermaroller. Using it 1 week after FUE may have even damaged your grafts. If you had a good FUE procedure you would not need to use a dermaroller! Please talk to your surgeon as soon as possible.

After a month it probably is safe to use a derma roller on your head, but I would suggest clearing with your doctor first. Generally it isn't used for hair growth and doesn't really have any proven results. But by now it is doubtful it would cause any harm, either.
