Hi , I had a fue hair transplant 1 year ago with 4000 grafts. I would like to know if a second hair transplant could improve density at front as it looks sparse, especially under artificial light

Answer: If you had 4000 grafts and you see its results, you can easily infer what another surgery may provide If you already had 4000 grafts and you see its results, you can easily infer what another surgery may provide. More hairs will improve density but you need to understand what that "improvement" means to you.

Assuming you have a sufficient quality donor area and no other unusual circumstances it would be an option for you to achieve more desirable results, too. 4000 grafts is significant but most people have a few thousand more to spare, so I suggest you talk to a doctor about what is possible for you.
