Sharp pain under armpits, is it normal after breast augmentation? (photos)

Thank you for providing photographs. You have an excellent result. The pains you are describing are not out of the ordinary.  It  would help to sleep with the head of your bed elevated. Should these sensations continue beyond another week or two then contact your plastic surgeon.

You shouldn't be laying flat yet.  In fact, if anything hurts, you should stop doing that.  Yu need to see your surgeon to be sure everything is okay.

Although it sounds as if the pain you are experiencing is just typical post operative discomfort, you should definitely call your surgeon if it continues. For now, try lying in bed with pillows behind your upper back so that your upper body is lifted instead of flat. 

Hi, your breast augmentation result looks very good. The tightness will go away sooner than the nerve pains. Depending on if the nerves were stretched or cut will determine how long this will take to resolve. Hang there, you should have a lovely result.

What you are describing sounds like normal discomfort following surgery.  The pain is related to the fact the implants are under the muscle.  From photos you provided it appears you have perfect symmetry, no significant bruising or redness.  If you are concerned I would contact your surgeon.
