Redness, burning and itching after last IPL session (Photo)

I had my last of six IPL sessions done on my bikini area. I havent has any problems whatsoever on the other sessions. For the last two, i was told not to shave so they could see how much hair i had left and they would shave me when i got there. The treatment that last session had a big burning sensation. It Was really red afterwards. The Next day i had small scabs And the área was really red. They hace me cicalfate but i can't stand the itching and burning. What can i do tto stop the itching?!?
