I had a breast lift last year plus 200 CC implants. I originally went in for a breast reduction and lift because I was already a DD and I felt l always wanted to be smaller but my doctor convinced me after showing him photos of what I wanted that the look I was going for was a lift plus implants. Worst decision I ever made. My breast dropped completely making them look even more saggy and worst since the implant was so up high and worst my nipples stayed scared and he said it would go away.

Best to see your PS for an examination. It is impossible to comment on whether the implants havee the predictable feel or whether you have developed capsular contracture. Your scars look good and although there are some difference esp the areola shape overall the operation seems to have been...
Apologies but I cant see a missing chunk. All looks good at this stage. Maybe best to post a preop pic of your nipple areola complex just in case I am missing something.
The bump is the dog ear which is common after vertical only lifts. This usually settles. Dull aches and pains are not uncommon and anti inflammatories , rest and a support bra often help. You really need to be seen in person to be reassured.
