I had BA in Feb 2017, after reduction/lifting,dual plane,anatomical,240cc.They are too hard in the lower part when I lie down or put my arms up and in that position they feel uneven as I can feel the difference between the implant and my tissue (the lower part is then so hard and it feels so unnatural).It seems that my own tissue moves up and all is left in the lower part is the implant which doesn't move at all.Is it because I don't have much of my tissue or the operation wasn't done properly?

Apologies but I cant see a missing chunk. All looks good at this stage. Maybe best to post a preop pic of your nipple areola complex just in case I am missing something.
The bump is the dog ear which is common after vertical only lifts. This usually settles. Dull aches and pains are not uncommon and anti inflammatories , rest and a support bra often help. You really need to be seen in person to be reassured.
It is quite common for nipples to invert after pregnancy and especially after breast feeding, this is because of contraction of the milk ducts (they shorten) Sometimes an uplift and implant can help as there will be more pressure from behind but it is not guaranteed. As it sounds like your in...
