Dull ache in breast after uplift and implants 14 weeks post op. Should I be concerned? (Photos)

Based on your pictures it looks like you could have benefited from a full breast lift, anchor incision for a fuller and more lifted breasts, consult and discuss this with your PS.

The bump is the dog ear which is common after vertical only lifts. This usually settles. Dull aches and pains are not uncommon and anti inflammatories , rest and a support bra often help. You really need to be seen in person to be reassured. 

Sorry to hear you are experiencing pain after your operation. It is not unusual to have pain like you describe but if you are feeling concerned then it may be worth trying to contact your plastic surgeon.As you said you are unable to visit your surgeon, it may be worth seeing your GP to rule anything out also as I would normally advise if you are feeling pain then it is best to be seen in person. Wishing you luck with the rest of your recovery
