Will microneedling improve an upper eyelid scar?

I have a very little scar on my left eyes upper eyelid. It's like a small and short wrinkle. But the thing is this thing changed my eyelid and now it's not my original shape and it's not healthy, natural and not working perfectly. It looks like a little bit crippled. And this thing actually changed my mind and psycology. I feel huge difference than before. Anyway, I want to know do you think microneedling can make improvements? Thank you and I really appreciate your help in advance.

Microneedling on the upper eyelid is not recommended. Additionally, an in-person exam would be needed. An eyelid scar that is causing a functional problem may need surgical repair. A facial plastic surgeon, oculoplastic surgeon, or general plastic surgeon may be able to determine the best course of action after a thorough history and physical examination.

I would be very careful about having my eyelid microneedled because of potential complications during procedure and healing afterwards. Any invasive procedure over the globe would need an intraocular eye shield and I doubt that you could be aggressive enough to make a visual improvement. Without seeing the defect I would still council against this.
