Is microneeding with breast Implants safe?

Yes, microneedling can be performed over breast implants. Keep in mind, stretch marks need a combination approach to get the most improvement. I recommend a combination of microneedling/prp, lasers (Erbium/Fraxel Laser, Excel V, Pulsed Dye Laser) or radiofrequency devices. Microneedling is too superficial to have any impact on breast implants.  It is perfectly safe.  Other treatment modalities that would help strech marks include lasers and radiofrequency microneedling.  Be sure to consult with a board-certified physician.
