Is microneeding with breast Implants safe?

Was wondering if it’s safe to microneedle stretch marks over boobs with implants after 2weeks post op? Thanks

Yes, microneedling can be performed over breast implants. Keep in mind, stretch marks need a combination approach to get the most improvement. I recommend a combination of microneedling/prp, lasers (Erbium/Fraxel Laser, Excel V, Pulsed Dye Laser) or radiofrequency devices. Stretch marks can't be cured and it will take a series of treatments lifelong. I recommend you see an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

Microneedling is too superficial to have any impact on breast implants.  It is perfectly safe.  Other treatment modalities that would help strech marks include lasers and radiofrequency microneedling.  Be sure to consult with a board-certified physician.
