Can I take L-Lysine tabs for a cold sore right after a PRP microneedling procedure?

I just had a PRP microneedling procedure today and when I got home I noticed that I am starting to get a cold sore. I’ve taken L-Lysine tabs in the past and applied Abreva to get rid of cold sores but not sure if taking the tablets will affect PRP results.

Neither are good for hyper pigmentation.  th best treatment is skin care, peels, and sun protection with non ablative low level laser like clear and brilliant.  please see an expert.  RF micro needling doesn't help pigmentation at all. q switch will make it worse.  Best, Dr. Emer.
