I had a sliding genioplasty two years ago to align my chin (the surgery did not include a chin implant). I now notice like a hard ball in the center of my chin and the rest of my chin looks swollen, the skin in there feels different from the rest of my face. I would like to know if I have a witch’s chin ans if soft tissue reduction/removal is an option for me and how does the procedure works?
