Interesting question. There’s no way to lower your eyes as you have in the morph, but I’d suggest trying a bit of temporary (and reversible) filler like Voluma or Juvederm Ultra Plus in your cheeks. That way you could make your face appear less long and more heart-shaped. This is often the first area of filler from which patients in their 20’s and 30’s can benefit. The key is to be conservative, perhaps just a half syringe per side to start. If you like the effect, there are longer term options like Sculptra which you could consider in the future. Based on your photo. Two issues are producing the appearance you don't like. 1) Your face looks long because your cheeks are underdeveloped. Augmenting them by fat transfer (yes properly performed it is permanent), Fillers (temporary), or implants will fix that. 2) Your eyes aren't low, your hairline is too high. Start with wearing wearing bangs. More definitive treatment would be either hair transplant or scalp advancement. By the way all of these treatments are less complicated than most rhinoplasties.
