Which filler will help with my chin dimple and profile correction? (photos)

There are many options including Botox into the muscle and fillers into the dimple and on the jawline.  I love using Radiesse along the jaw and Juvederm into the dimple. I suggest seeking a cosmetic dermatologist with experience in treatment in this area.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The first thing to do would be to see if your dimple is bound down  or will rise up with using a filler. This can easily be done by having your doctor do a test injection with saline. It will disappear within hours but you can see whether dimple rises and flattens. If you like, use a filler. My preference for remodeling a chin is Radiesse but if you are concerned about reversing can use an HA filler like Perlane, Restylane Juvederm or Voluma

I do not see much problem with your dimple. If you want to try fillers then juvaderm or voluma will do. The advantage is that these fillers are reversible.

I actually think your chin dimple is quite unique. Getting rid of it will round out the chin more and make your jawline more round, less angular. I would start with HA fillers if you want to get rid of this. Like Restylane or Juvederm. That way if you don't like not having your dimple, you can have the product taken out, and your dimple will be back. While Radiesse is a great filler for this area and will last longer, there is no way to take it out and so I do not recommend it for first time filler patients.
