Have surgery 2,5 years ago and now that the swelling is gone i’ve noticed an asymmetry on new columella. Can this be easily fixed by a revision surgery with local anesthesia?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your question you need also alar base plasty for your nose base. This means closed rhinoplasty would not help you to achieve your goals. If you want you can have closed but I recommend you open rhinoplasty surgery. Best Regards!
