Hello, Because my septal cartilage was near completely cut out of my face in what was supposed to be a minor refining revision in Turkey, I now have a face full of my rib cartilage. The entire nose, root to tip to columella, is rib. It's heavy and constant discomfort. Its also pinched so tight my muscles feel "trapped" underneath. In a better world, I would rewiden, flatten bridge, round (very round) tip to restore ethnic/feminine. Could ear cartilage alone do this?
