My initial rhinoplasty procedure involved a septal cartilage graft to my tip and I had open revision rhinoplasty 6 months ago. My nasal tip is still very hard and inflexible (cannot push downwards at all) and I'm wondering if this is permanent, or will it soften significantly with time? Does the cartilage graft eventually become more like natural cartilage around the tip? The hardness and stiffness of the nasal tip really bothers me.
