I was wondering if I am a good candidate for saline implants. I am still only 18, however, I am fairly certain my breasts are done growing as I am the same size as my sister who is in her 20s and the other women in my family. I would wait but my parents want to pay for it as a college present (as this is something I have been wanting for a long time) however I also don't want to cause any health complications or adverse effects.

Answer: Yes you are Hello, of course you are a good candidate for breast augmentation with implants, I just don't recommend saline implants, better gummy bear ones, you should also be aware that you have asymmetrical breasts therefore you need implants of different sizes

Answer: You are a great candidate for saline implants I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them.
