Will 385cc to 400cc silicone implants put me at a higher risk of sensation loss? (Photo)

I am currently a 36 b seeking to go up to a D. I've attached the Vectra images of my proposed change. As you can see I have a naturally wide rib cage. The images show a 385 cc implant but I actually think I would like to go up to a 400 cc implant. At either of these sizes am I putting myself at a great risk of sensation loss?
