Body fx not working? What next? (Photos)

I’m sorry for your frustration. I’m not sure why the Body FX didn’t work for you; perhaps your provider used gentle settings. BodyFX utilizes Radiofrequency energy, which can tighten skin, but tends to cause less fat cell death than some other modalities.  Maybe you do have subtle results that can be seen on before and after photographs, but aren’t dramatic enough for you. It’s very important to find someone who has verifiable experience and good results.
My favorite technique for permanently removing stubborn body fat is CoolSculpting by Zeltiq. CoolSculpting works by lowering the temperature of the fat cells to the point where they go into a slow death cycle that lasts about 2 weeks. It takes the body a further 3 to 6 months to completely eliminate the destructed cells.
I’ve been using CoolSculpting since its advent and my patients have been very satisfied with their results. At this point, I can remove about 35% of fat in a single treatment, which means a very noticeable improvement occurs with just one session. Treatments can be repeated if there is a considerable fatty bulge, which could need 2 to 3 treatments. I always follow CoolSculpting with Zimmer-Z-wave pulsed radial therapy to speed up the destruction of the fat cells and make the results more uniform and beautiful. Please find a board-certified dermatologist who is an expert in CoolSculpting to help you; any technique is only as effective as the operator.

I am not sure why the BodyFx treatment didn't work but perhaps there was not enough heat that penetrated to the fat layer for the right amount time.  Hopefully, you at least noticed some skin tightening.But at least you have another option.  I think Coolsculpting can help yo!.  Instead of the heat, the cold cryolipolysis has been proven to permanently destroy the fat cells.  Coolsculpting has definitely dominated the non surgical bodysculpting market because it does work.  I would recommend that you go to certified Coolsculpting center for best results.  You will need more than 1 treatment but your results I believe will be a lot different.

Coolsculpting is good for removing stubborn areas of fat, between 20-25% in any treated area. For best results with Coolsculpting, I recommend a combination approach. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing to improve your final results. CoolSculpting is an effective non-invasive method of fat elimination that is FDA cleared.  Was the procedure you had FDA approved or cleared?

Coolsculpting will give you
permanent fat reduction via cryolipolysis - freezing the fat cells and causing fat cell death. 
This can result in about a 20-25 % reduction in the number of fat cells in the problem
area treated.  The most dramatic results are seen between 1-3 months post
treatment. There are also limitations to coolsculpting as well.  Coolsculpting will only treat subcutaneous
fat (the “pinchable” kind) but not intra-abdominal/visceral fat.  A consult with a trained Coolsculpting Provider
is important to make sure you are a good candidate. 

You definitely need a body contouring procedure to succeed where body fx hasn't been able to help you. We would use Coolsculpting in Syracuse because we can most heavily discount this treatment for patients and since you are already out $1800, any practice should try and help you out a little bit. Central obesity becomes more and more of a problem with aging and it don't think body fx will be able to get you the results you're wanting. Most Coolsculpting patients have exactly your dilemma actually.
