Thank you for your question and photograph.  Though nothing replaces an in-person examination to determine the quality of your skin tissues, it appears that you would best be served with a mini arm lift to remove the excess skin of the upper arm to leave your with a firmer overall appearance.

Great question. Arms are a very difficult area, I would be very hesitant to recommend an external laser for the skin in that area , look into thermi tight to improve tone and texture. Good luck!

If not surgical excision i.e. brachioplasty than I would recommend 10 sessions @ 30 minutes total per session of Thermi Smooth 250 RFtx.

It is very obvious from the photo that you have lost a lot of elasticity in the arm skin, and that makes any choice other than tightening the skin surgically a bad choice. You already made one bad choice by having the liposuction which predictably caused the look you now have. Don't make another bad choice. Get the surgical arm lift or do nothing but don't waste your money on things we know are not going to be helpful to you.
