Removed pimple 2 months after HT. Does this mean I will lose the graft root and this hair will not grow?

Pimples are normal after hair transplant, you did well to don't remove it. After 2 months it shouldn't damaged the grafts.

At two-month mark, it doesn't cause any harms to the follicle. By the way, having pimples during this period is a normal event. You can just leave it and do nothing if it doesn't annoy you. 

It is true that if a pimple is removed at the very early stages of a hair transplant surgery, it can damage the follicle permanently, as the hairs may not be anchored to the skin by then. 
But at your stage, this doesn't represent any problem.

From what you described it´s very unlikely you created any problem for your hair or scalp. It is all part of the natural healing process. By this time your grafted hair is embedded into the new area. The hair follicle may have been in a dormant or resting phase at that point. The actual hair is irrelevant to a point. As the hair follicle will produce multiple hairs over it´s life. Keep your hair and skin clean is always the best action to take.

At 2 months, I doubt that you impacted anything in the recipient area as the stem cells which activate the grafts will still be intact

No. it is unlikely that you will lose that after 2 months of surgery. Having pimples or folliculitis or ingrown hairs after HT can happen occasionally and does not necessarily mean that the implanted hair there will be lost.
