Thank you for your question. You may want to wait for two weeks so that the scab will fall out. Then you can use the Jamaican castor oil. 

You should always ask your hair transplant surgeon advice about using scalp and hair products after a hair transplant but, in general, once the scans have all come off you should be able to go back to your normal hygiene routine
