It will surely grow back. Transplanted hair is removed from the permanent zone. So, it will grow back even you cut it. 

Hello, great question. I recommend using a good conditioner or many of my patients use coconut oil. Apply either one, wrap your head up in a towel and leave on for at least 30 minutes then rinse off. This should give you good results.

Have you just had a transplant done? If so, it seems that you still have a mild swelling on your forehead. It means that it's too early to say if the hairline is too high or not. You may want to wait for two more weeks and talk to your surgeon again.

Shedding happens normally with the newly grafted hairs or shock loss can occur with you native hairs. Either way both are normal. I don’t think you have too much to worry about.
