I had tickle Lipo done on my flank, abs and back 6 weeks ago with no results. Any suggestions?

First of all, there is no reason to have experienced a Tickle Lipo procedure and feel a lot of pain. 
In the right hands, with local anesthesia lipo procedures, Tickle is by far, the most comfortable way to achieve complete anesthesia of the area(s) to be treated. The way the infiltration (numbing) cannula passes thru the tissues, at most you should feel only an occasional little pinch, nothing else besides the vibration of the instrument and wetness from leakage of anesthetic fluid out the incision. Some one who is good at Tickle lipo should not have to resort to IV sedation to maintain your comfort.
Unfortunately, if you are not adequately anesthetized, then the suction portion can be extremely uncomfortable which minimizes the chance that your surgeon can do a thorough procedure. My best guess is this is what happened with your procedure
I agree with you, once you have experienced such pain, it is difficult to consider having that same doctor repeat the procedure. 
There is minimal risk with IV sedation, as long as you are dosed appropriately, but my philosophy is the less medication I expose you to the better. But I absolutely must keep you comfortable and safe throughout the procedure.

Localized, limited liposuction can be done under tumescent anesthesia.  Tumescent anesthesia for multiple sites and extensive areas maybe inadequate.  Increasing the dose in an attempt to reduce the pain may approach the toxic range.  Understandably if the patient cannot be made comfortable the procedure will be limited and the result could be comprised.  Liposuction can be done safely under sedation or general anesthesia if the provider is qualified.
