Lumps a month after tickle lipo. Should I worry? (Photo)

I am 1 month post op for lipo to the upper, lower abdomen and flanks. I have been wearing my compression garment 27/7 except in while showering, but there is still a lot of swelling and a ton of lumps. I went to the doc's office and they have suggested the accent xl treatment (I've had 4) and massage/lymph drainage. I've been massaging every day with little improvement in the contour. The lumps are visible. I know it can take several months to see the final results, but when should I worry?

Hello! Supplements for postoperative healing include Arnica and Bromelain. BOth have been shown in ndependant studies to decrease bruising and swelling I use them in my office and give them as part of my surgery gift package!
