I only see one set of pictures which I am going to assume are your current results? I’m not sure if you uploaded before pictures as well but proper before and after pictures are needed to make an assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure.

From the pictures you’ve included I think your face looks fine.
You don’t have an obvious over treated appearance.
You do have strong cheekbones and perhaps this was emphasized with the procedure?If you don’t have proper before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Generally speaking, I typically am cautious about recommending facial fat transfer.
The procedure is inherently, somewhat imprecise, unpredictable, and can be unforgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
Fillers on the other hand, while temporary are highly predictable, very consistent, and typically very forgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
Obviously the biggest drawback to fillers is the need for ongoing treatments, including expense, discomfort, and potential bruising.
Fillers can be adjusted with each treatment fine tuning the outcome along the way.
At this point I don’t see any obvious need for intervention.
