Hello! I am a 22 year old concerned about my nasolabial folds. They are very prominent. I will do anything to soften them but so far sculptra and hyaluronic acid filler haven't worked. What is the cause of these? My bone structure or soft tissue?

Some people may develop more noticeable folds earlier in life due to a combination of genetic and environmental factors, while others may experience them later in life.

After analyzed your pictures I can suggest Nasolabial folds fat transfer to correct them, you will have to perform an small liposuction area to get the fat that will be transferred to the face.

One of the downsides of being fit when you are young, particularly in people with long faces, is that it can impart a gaunt look to the face.  Additional of fat over the entire face, forehead to chin, including the folds will soften the face.
